It can also shorten your life by 10 years or more; and that the habit can cost a smoker million of rupiah a year, but people are still starting to smoke, and continuing to smoke. Even our babes such as Alice Norine, Julie Estelle, Maia, Laudya Cintia Bella are smoker.

I was a smoker too. I’ve been quitting smoking since 2005. I quit smoking because I want to improve my overall health and doing positive things for my body.
